As far as eating, I just try to keep really consistent of taking in a lot of protein-rich food as much as I can. I carb load when I can tell my body needs it, but otherwise, just try to eat as clean as I can...... I eat stuff like this homemade protein bowl....homemade refried beans and 96% lean ground beef......

What lx1x said....that a cmos battery failure indicator 99% of the time. Depending on what access panels the laptop has, it can be either an incredibly simple fix or something hideous (if it's buried and requires case removal).

Runner's/chicken legs. Jeez. On a positive note, my quads and calves are stronger than ever even though it doesn't look like it. I see more definition in them especially when flexed/bent than I ever have......I don't lift so I'm guessing it's from hitting the jump rope so often.....🤷♂️🤦♂️
