DAD BOD THREAD

Looked at these two side by side Tuesday after hitting a month mark of a new weight training routine. Seeing decent change even in such a short time.
That's nothing short of amazing. Abs can be easily affected by water or lighting (and also appear to have made progress), but you can see it clearly in the shoulders/chest/upper arm area. Well done!1 -

As far as eating, I just try to keep really consistent of taking in a lot of protein-rich food as much as I can. I carb load when I can tell my body needs it, but otherwise, just try to eat as clean as I can......
I eat stuff like this homemade protein bowl....homemade refried beans and 96% lean ground beef......

Aim is to be 69 or below by Xmas.
But the post Greece tan looks good...😜

Late night workouts in a home gym often mean I’m the only one around to high-five!

All the dad bods in here are amazing. I gotta say, I am a fan of the GIF, too. Wonder if it can be made into a wallpaper... asking for a friend. haha3

I’m actually heavier (around 10lbs) than this time last year and definitely not as lean (the additional weight I think is a mix of some muscle and definitely cake)1 -
