Truly love having holidays and spending time with my family but, keeping up with the food logging it's just so difficult specially in a different country! π

Thanks for your comment. I do sometimes use food scales when preparing food but I guess I just need to do it more often so I get used to the size of the portions. π€π

So after a week off my weighing didn't go the way I wanted it, but on the positive side it didn't go up either! This week is all about getting back on track π€π

No looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow morning, have had a week off and really struggled to keep track of the calories I ate! Not good at all, but hoping that going back to work tomorrow will help me get back on track!

Absolutely! But I keep saying to myself "as long as I can feel the change in my clothes, then the image I want to see in the mirror will follow" Don't know when, but it will..... π€π€£π€£ So, my advice to you is keep positive, keep going and the results will show!

I'm on 1200 kcal and like some people here I sometimes also find it difficult to stay exactly on that amount of calories so it's good to see that I'm not the only one.

I had the same dilemma when I started but as I began to record my eating habits I fell I needed a bit more information to ensure I was making the right food choices so went for the premium option. Good luck, hopefully you will find it useful!

I found that taking note of everything I eat encourages me to choose healthier options. The only negative is that when I go out it takes me twice as long to make a choice!!!
