Been on the diet at 1200 calories a day since November when I weighed 66.7kg I now weigh 63.4kg but am having trouble getting lower than this. I have had some trouble going to the loo and have been taking fibogel for this. Now going but weight still not shifting. The last two days I went down to a 1000 calories a day.
Can anyone offer any advice. Really need to get down to 60kg within 4 weeks. HELP

I'm not a fitness person as far as the knowledge they have, but when I had same issue as far as no more weight coming off my Dr said 1200 was not enough calories , try tricking your body and eat more (within reason) do a different workout as well if you are doing same one, plus measure yourself, I've been same weight for a year long plateau because I'm trying..inches have come off so makes it a little easier to take the non loss5

How long have you been at the same weight?
Are you weighing and measuring your food using a food scale?
Why the deadline of 4 weeks?

Again I am not a nutritionalist but I support what careyvirgilio has said above. You need to actually increase what you are eating to have the goal of losing weight. At 1200 cal your body has possibly gone into self preservation mode and in order to survive is not burning any energy.
By eating more, smartly, and indruducing some changes to exercise you will increase your metabolism and actually burn more energy and as long as you are still in a calorific deficit will begin to lose weight.5 -
Ignore what people above have said about liquid diets and starvation mode. Starvation mode in that sense does not exist; it’s just a comforting fantasy.
I would suspect a problem in your logging. Are you weighing everything you eat, including condiments and cooking oil, vegetables and drinks? And I mean weighing, not using cups (except for liquids)? Have you checked the DB entries you’re using are correct - no ‘home made’ entries by other people, or using cooked rice values for dry rice measurements?3 -
The leaner you get the harder it is to lose weight. Re-evaluate your meal plan, throw in cardio. About 30mins a day, few times a week.1

Thanks for all the advise. I think I will up the calories (sensibly) and do extra exercise1

You haven't answered any of the questions though. Upping your calories is a good thing but make sure you eat back your calories from any extra exercise you do otherwise you will just be in the same deficit.
How long since you lost weight? Because if it has only been a week then it is likely to be normal fluctuations due to water weight.
Why do you need to lose the weight so quickly? Only 7-8lbs in 4 weeks is quite aggressive especially if you don't have that much to lose
Are you using a food scale for to weigh and measure all your food? Only if you aren't doing this then you may be eating more than you think.
I endorse what @ceiswyn has said check your weighing and logging this is usually the main cause of weight loss stalls.
Also perhaps you should adjust your expectations as the less you have to lose the slower it will be. Patience is key to long term weight loss.5 -
Yes I use a food scale. I need to lose the weight as I am going to NZ in 4 weeks. I actually lost just Uber a kilo overnight!1
