I have noticed that around a minute and a half of planking it starts to feel the most difficult but it doesn't get anymore difficult from that point on so long as I stop at two minutes. 8/8: 2(1) Felt more difficult than yesterday but I kept going and I made it through!

8/7: 2(1) Felt a lot easier today which was nice. I set a timer for 2 minutes and then check social media on my phone while I plank. It makes the time go by faster and I even felt like I could've kept going if I really dug deep.

I've lost 20 lbs during lock down. I'm not as active as I was when I was in school and I don't get up as early anymore so I don't feel as hungry as I used to. Also I was very determined to lose weight over lock down so that the next time people saw me they would see a big difference lol!

8/1: 2 minutes done! I really wanted to stop short of two minutes but I stayed strong! 8/2: Did one minute, paused for 30 seconds, then did another minute. Instead of using a timer I looked up two minute videos on youtube to keep my mind busy during the plank.
