    Coming in at the wire with the last of the DareBee workouts, which I completed about 15 min ago.

    Goal: I was to have done 8-9 DareBee Killer Core Plank Workouts (with level progression) this month along with 66 minutes of planks.

    Actual: I got 7 DareBee Killer Core Plank Workouts (with level variation but not really progression) and 66 minutes of planks.

    It'll have to do 🤷🏾‍♀️ On to October's challenge, where my upper body bar is even lower...

    I stopped tracking which days I did planks, but I know that on the days I didn't plank I did jump rope or took a walk.
