Goal: I was to have done 8-9 DareBee Killer Core Plank Workouts (with level progression) this month along with 66 minutes of planks.
Actual: I got 7 DareBee Killer Core Plank Workouts (with level variation but not really progression) and 66 minutes of planks.
It'll have to do 🤷🏾♀️ On to October's challenge, where my upper body bar is even lower...2 -
