@Dorgle690 : are you staying 2 min straight in the same plank position? I couldn't. I do at most 1 min, then vary. Usually 30 sec only, but even so, I'm cpuning the seconds π. I dont take rest time between planks, though.

My mom is a day's drive away from me. I was being dramatic, as ever. Planks have that effect on me so never take me seriously π
But I do get you on being interrupted during focused exercise!!

Just did the MFP workout and one 1-minute plank this morning. I had intentions to do the plank workout this evening but after doing 17k steps (at LEAST 7k of which was me getting lost and walking in circles) I'm stressed and pooped and I don't wanna.2 -

I was finishing up the day's prescribed 40-min MFP upper workout when I remembered the UA Better Together Challenge Virtual Workout (or #UABetterTogether or some such workout stream).
I caught up with 200+ attendees at the start of their second set of Circuit 1. So that was another 35 min of whole body work which included some plank variants meant to torture criminals...but that I will 100% use again in a workout lol
Not going to count this in the WORKOUTS tally above but there were a lot of similar movements (minus weights).
The day is not yet done as I still have a Gyrotonic session where I'll look into imbalances then see if the trainer can give me tips on better planking.2 -
