  • I.struggle so much with rest days. I'm usually watching videos of what workout I wanna do next ha! But last week I had to go away and had a forced week of rest and came back feeling stronger and more energetic and so well rested. I'm going to actually try to be positive about it and not think of it as skipping gym rather…
  • It winds me up when people comment on my food. Like "oh that's too healthy" or "one cake won't hurt you". It's like saying no to cake is the ultimate insult to people. Sometimes I accept food I end up hiding on the side and throwing away later just not deal with the nonsense which is totally unacceptable.
  • To get to 75kg (1.4kilos to go!)
  • When I have a craving I ask myself do i REALLY want it. Like if I genuinely cannot move past it, then have it. My biggest struggle is doing things in moderation because I'm an all or nothing kind of girl. So like people said above I save my calories for days and days then i have a nice big treat but if you really want it…
  • The hardest part about being around people when you've made this lifestyle change is they can't accept that they dont want to make the same choice for themselves and project onto you. The number of times I've had looks for bringing my prepped lunch or saying no to chocolate. People are frustrating but you have to remember…
  • Be patient lovely...if you're doing all the right things then the results will come. I had 1500 net calories a day and didn't see any weight loss for 2 weeks then when I weighed myself on week 3 I saw a big change.Sometimes yoir body takes time to catch up. Also take progress photos. Sometimes the scale is not enough.…
  • Well for me, I have gone through stages of extreme restriction e.g. cutting "bad" foods and not using oil, or trying to just eat salad. When I started a new programme and realised I was full all the time i felt so guilty. Like how am I losing weight if I feel perfectly satisfied. My brain was messing with me. But as I've…
  • You can most definitely eat sweets. I've been trying to lose weight for a year unsuccessfully because i used to restrict all sugar and "bad" food so that I would binge after a month of restricting. However the last month i have changed my outlook completely and i have eaten cake and chocolate and whatever my heart desires…
  • So much takeaway and just being obsessed with trying out all the new restaurants. Snacking got out of hand and i was eating a couple of sweets at night at first next thing i was eating the whole jar:/
  • When you have foods that are off limits you will almost ALWAYS want to eat them. What helped me is to think of it differently...like eating what I want isn't cheating on my diet. I just fit what I want into my macros. For example today im going for afternoon tea and there will be plenty of cake so I've made sure I have a…
  • Yeah raw celery is not the way forward! I hate shrimp and prawns...really wish I could like them! Raw tomatoes:/
  • Me too!! I love a massive plate. My go to meal is on salmon with loads of low calories roast veggies - peppers, brocolli, carrots. I put those on a little brown rice and it looks like a massive meal which also tastes yummy!
  • PHD smart bar white chocolate Blondie is genuinely the best one I've ever tasted. It's not quite a meal but with 20g of protein can hold me for a couple of hours
  • I love prepping my lunches! Why did I never do this before?? This week I'm having meatballs and zoodles AND honey soy chicken and rice. I find choosing two meals and alternating makes it so easy and i can focus on making something really nice
  • I'm going on holiday in 2 months and want to take photos and feel good about it!
  • This has been a problem for me as long as I can remember and the worst part of all was the fear that I won't get full which led me to then get too much and once it's on my plate of course I'll eat it I found the first step is to let go of the guilt. Believe that your body and mind are capable of making the right changes.…
