Look at your weekly goal. Have you got any calories left?
If not save a few hundred next week for ice cream at the weekend.0 -
Well you have three choices: resist it and likely be miserable, have some and accept you'll be at maintenance or a little over today, have enough to hit that craving but fits into your daily calories. Unless you plan on resisting treats the rest of your life it'll help you during and after weight loss to figure out how to fit those treats into your day or week. Some people bank calories for a treat, others save some calories at the end of the day for a low cal treat, some find low cal versions of things they love, and some just accept a maintenance day.1

Ive tried just maintaining at weekends but i have lost any weight for two weeks. I have started swimming though so that might be why as hopefully gaining muscle and water retention. Thanks though, we keep it in mind0 -
When I have a craving I ask myself do i REALLY want it. Like if I genuinely cannot move past it, then have it. My biggest struggle is doing things in moderation because I'm an all or nothing kind of girl. So like people said above I save my calories for days and days then i have a nice big treat but if you really want it and you have the self control to have one portion then do not punish yourself1
