I'm about 9lbs from getting to an overweight BMI rather than an obese BMI. That's my current goal.12

Right now my only goal is to keep tracking for the next two weeks. I just really need to stick to it.
Went on a break because of health issues, only just got back on track and then broke my arm. Resulting in zero energy and not being allowed to move it. Resulting in gaining back weight.
So for now all I want is to stick to it for two weeks. And then maybe two more7 -

Also did I mention that because of the water weight I'm now not obese 2 but obese 1?!?!?! It's only a few pounds down but man, do I feel a difference! Probably also because of the eating less but a week ago I felt like extra rolls of fat were just plastered on to my body. It's not a good feeling.6 -
My mini motivations (goals) are the events I have coming up thru the summer and fall....
1) Family Reunion - July 14 , -30lbs (from CW)
2) Family Wedding - July 28, - 30-35lbs (from CW)
3) Birthday - Aug 27, - 35-40lbs (from CW)
4) Hobby's weightlifting Comp. - Sept 21, -40-45lbs (from CW)
5) Anniversary Cruise, - September 29, 45-50lbs (from CW)
6) Work Conference, Oct 27, -50 (from CW)
7) Ten Yr College Reunion, Nov 8, - 55-60lbs (from CW)
Hopefully, these mini goals will keep me motivated thru the year. And Ill set ones from next year to keep me going then. Having events to look forward to really helps me a lot!5 -
My hubby and I are going to be trying to conceive come September when I get my IUD out... my goal is to lose about 10ish pounds, be as strong as possible before then, be running up to 10 miles at a time, and to have visible abs (almost there!) I can see the outline of them, just no individual separation.
I want a super strong core because on average, women with strong core muscles tend to not show quite as early on. Although, I realize that all just depends on my body. I also would like to continue lifting/running through my pregnancy, so I want to reach a fitness level that I can back down from a little bit and still feel good about my efforts.
But what I REALLY want is to be one of those tiny adorable pregnant women, who you can't even tell are pregnant until they turn around.10 -
A friend's wedding is coming up in a little over a month. My goal is to lose 15 pounds before then!2

I bought a pair of size 14 shorts at Target that I can only half zip. I’m looking forward to wearing them because I haven’t been a 14 in 10 years. I think I have 15 to 20 lbs to go for that.
Then I have a doc apt end of August. He told me in Feb if I don’t lose weight he has to put me on a cholesterol pill and I do NOT want another pill. (Someday I’m gonna get off all of them.) I’d like to be down 50 lbs total by then so I guess these goals go hand in hand. I’ll wear the shorts to the doc appointment lol5 -
leaving for the beach and trying not to gain a bunch of weight, not over couple of pounds. hope to find pleasure in things other than food. Mini goal is weight not up too much next week so I can lose it fast.3

current mini goal is to be under two hundred by the end of summer. my 45th birthday is at the end of August and i want to start the second half of my life at a weight i haven't seen since i turned 30. I'm currently at 213 (down from 248 in January and down from 288 at my highest) and I'm confident I'll hit that goal, probably with time to spare.
second mini goal is to have my doctor cut my blood pressure medicine when i see him next month. a week ago he said if i maintain my current daily numbers i won't need it anymore.7 -
My next two mini-goals are to make it to a normal BMI, by the end of June. And to get back on my bike this summer. I'm determined to keep both my sanity and my health, as I move into more and more caretaking for my 82-year-old mother while simultaneously helping my husband take care of his 83-year-old mother (the two grandmothers both live near us and do not speak to each other). I also want to be around for a long time for our teenage daughter (15 1/2).4

I hesitate to put this out in the world. The last time I got excited about it, weird things happened and all sorts of things got messed up... but.
I am 2lbs away from reaching 100lbs lost total. From there I only have 10-15 lbs left to go (10, then wait-and-see if I wanna lose 5 more). 100 is a big deal for me because it is nice and round and just sounds epic.
So we'll see. I may not reach it for a while as I go on a big trip and there's no way I'm going to be watching what I eat in a place that has delicious food I CAN safely eat.
But it is the mini-goal that is driving me forward with gusto, so there it is~16 -

Sooo I've been logging all the things. Not obsessively so and I have definitely had a few cheat treats BUT I logged them. Honestly. I'm just super happy in general that I'm keeping it up4 -
Finally lost 50lbs, which was my last mini goal: the last few have taken forever and seem to have tipped me overnight into a smaller clothes size and people asking if I've lost weight. There's another 20-30 to go, but my next mile stone is to be the weight I was in high school, which is 6 ish away.8

My birthday is on June 29th. I want to be under 145 lbs till then. Right now I'm 151.2. lost 9 lbs in 3.5 weeks.4
