What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I have hit a few goals recently. I have lost over 50 lbs this year so far, I am a full hundred lbs down from my heaviest weight over the last few years, and I am finally in a 4x (down from 6x at my largest).
My next goal is to lose the last 8-9bs that will get me under 400. I'm hoping to hit that within the next few weeks.12 -
To lose just enough weight for me to try on the absolutely ginormous pile of jeans I just found which are the size down from what I'm wearing. Another five pounds or so should do it for most of them.6

Hit 198 today!!!!! New goal is getting to 170!15
-
Finally got in to the 200s for the first time since I was 18.
Next goal is to get to a total loss of 150 which will be at 283.6. Was at 297.1 on my scale yesterday morning so less than 15 pounds to go.12 -
About 4-5 lbs away from a normal bmi!!! 135 here I come!!!13

Still chasing the elusive 400 lb deadlift. Not such a mini-goal after all. :sad:9

I'm working toward being able to do a Pilates Roll Over unassisted once again. My butt and belly got too big and my core was too mushy to do it anymore, but I'm walking 5 miles a day, logging, and eating much more healthfully these days. It's sort of hilarious to ask the hubby to push my legs and butt into the proper position, but how else do you get there until everything else lines up right? 😂😂7

My ONLY goal right now is to squeeze back into my jeans from my last weight loss. I sadly packed on 12lbs and they don't fit. Working on it slowly but surely, 9lbs to go9

Made it to 146.3 today, which is halfway to my goal of 120. I started at 172.6 in December 2018.
My next goal is 138, which is the lowest I’ve been in 10 years9 -
My goal right now is to stop the upward trend (which means stopping the binges). Right now I'm not thinking about losing what I've regained (that can come later) - if I can just stop things getting worse that will be a good start!19

5 lbs to the 130s - I really want the scale to read 13? by July!4
-
My goal right now is 180-184 by 4th of July weekend. I've lost 15 since May 1st and am at 191 (last Thursday weight). I think I can push to 184, but not sure of the 180. This means that my swimsuits will actually fit!2

Mini goal? Going to a baby shower this weekend and rocking my new top.6
-
To get into the 15 stones, which is 7lbs away. I missed them completely when the weight was piling on!3

@dhiammarath You're famous!
@HDBKLM Hehe, wow! But hey, everyone should have the dragon they wanna slay. Gotta make the journey fun!
My next mini-goal is to shed any vacation weight (haven't hopped on the scale, yet) and get back to hitting 100lbs lost and then the FINAL DRAGON: to feel good and be confident in a two-piece bathing suit for Costa Rica this November. I can DO this.
Maintenance is going to be after, but that's a BIG dragon and there's no real dragonpants, dragondress, reward from it. I guess the reward is that you don't let your dragonpants run away from you. hehe!7 -
Onederland is 3.6 lbs away.9

I'm auditioning for a role in a musical with a local theater company... the audition is in August and the show goes up towards the end of the year. I have a decent chance of getting the part... but it involves a LOT of dancing and I'm 100 pounds overweight, so it will be hard to pull off if I don't start eating healthier and ridding myself of some extra poundage in the meantime.
The biggest struggle is that I have a very stressful job, and my desk is literally 5 feet away from a common table that is constantly stocked with unhealthy foods -- bagels in the morning, cakes for peoples' birthdays in the afternoon, candy, etc etc. I take out my stress my nibbling on this cr** all day long, and I've had zero luck so far in overcoming the challenge.7 -
Reaching the 180s in general.. I'm soo close. 196.4lbs. I got a food scale finally so I know I can do this. No more guessing how much food I'm eating.. especially when it comes to meats.. I'm soo off with the meats.. it's always more calories than I think 🤗🤣🤣 plus getting to the 190s means I've won 100$ to put towards my post weightloss shopping spree.. I'm gonna hit my goal before my birthday.. Facts! BTW.. my goal is around 155lbs.. and my birthday is Nov 29th.
So that means.. I'm planning to end this month reaching the 180s.. July itll be reaching 170s.. August it'll be 160s.. and September it'll be 150s.. Then I'll have to learn how to maintain. 😁👏👏👏6 -

Bring your own stuff in to munch on! Raw veggies have a lot of volume for the calories. And they're crunchy and take awhile to chew so they'll keep you busy for awhile. I've had to do that at quite a few past jobs.3 -

Any chance the common snacks can be moved to another area?0
