  • Me too! I am actually in therapy for it. I have the compulsion to eat as soon as I'm done eating, even if I'm full. You are not alone. Therapy is really helpful.
  • I want people to see I have self-control. I want them to envy me and wish they could do it. Right now I'm the one without self control.
  • Also looking for friends. I'm 187ish and just want to lose.
  • Chips, trail mix, even rice cakes- can't have them around because I'll eat the whole bag.
  • I don't have a cheat day, because before my lifestyle change I had a problem of overeating constantly, and it would not be beneficial to my mental health to do so. However, I have had a few cheat moments. I had an M&M cookie last week at a party and it was fantastic. I'm proud of only eating one.
  • I eat salad! I'll sometimes eat a scoop of potato or macaroni salad and log it as best as I can. I know it won't be very accurate, but it's a once in awhile thing. Usually I'm active at a BBQ too. I eat meat, so I'll do a hamburger patty without a bun and cover it with condiments, lettuce and tomato.

  • Here's what I often take to work. I have a microwave and a fridge, but I hate using the employee fridge, so many of us bring a cooler or cooler bag. Yogurt with granola and fruit Cereal with milk and banana Cottage cheese with fruit Bagel thin with strawberry cream cheese Bagel thin with egg and cheese Leftovers from…
  • I am reading about volume eating and I read something that said volume eaters find satisfaction in larger quantities of food. This is exactly me. I'm writing some ideas down of things I can make at home that I can just happily munch on and also take to work the next day.
  • Yesterday, since I haven't planned today yet: Breakfast: Cinnamon raisin bagel thin with strawberry cream cheese Lunch: Half a fresh stack of Ritz crackers and maple oatmeal Afternoon: Siggi's mixed berries yogurt and granola Evening: Popcorn and homemade pizza baked on naan bread Total 1,624 calories So far today:…
  • I love Chobani Flipz! I know this isn't really a new product, but I tried Siggi's for the first time yesterday. I'm used to stuff like Chobani, Yoplait, etc, so it was very sour for me. But I liked the texture, and maybe I can get used to it. My friend loves it, maybe it's an acquired taste. I also added granola and that…
  • I make double portions of whatever I'm having for dinner, and bring the rest to work with me. I did homemade pizza on naan bread in the oven last night, and if you don't mind cold pizza, (I love it) it makes great lunch the next day. I also like to make tuna salad and eat it with wheat thins or similar cracker type food,…
