Well my goal was to lose 15 more lbs but now my goal is to stay healthy and continue to workout and jog because we are expecting baby #2! First pregnancy I didn't workout until halfway through... not this one!

Eat right and log more often. It is the only way I can reach my goal of losing weight and being in a healthy BMI.

This is so inspiring to me I am also a mom and it is so hard to lose after having a baby. This is definitely going to motivate me to workout tonight and go hard at the gym!

Left is when I found out I was expecting our baby girl (I got up to 180 while pregnant)and right was last weekend for mommy and me pics! I noticed my sweater wasn’t tight around my arms and legs, hips ! I am now 145! Slow process but worth it!

To wear a two piece at the beach and not worry the whole time about how I look. It is hard to enjoy my husband and daughter on beach days in the summer when I am so self conscious....

@RelCanonical Yeah I know it is odd. I use to stuff my face when I was younger but now it's like food disgusts me when I am on it. It's like nothing sounds good or looks good...But I will try your suggestion thank you so much!

I do cable pull through and lunges! I also do the stairclimber at the gym and skip a step and it is sort of a lunge too.

So I tried this week and I was able to go for 15 minutes on the treadmill!!!!! Now I need to set a new goal but stick with the one I achieved for a couple weeks. Sometimes I guess I need to push myself and tell myself I can do it!

15lbs! Once I get there I may see if I want to lose more or not. My real goal is to be stronger and not necessarily skinnier!

I want to be able to run on the treadmill for 15 minutes w/o stopping by the end of the month. I can finally do 10 minutes! :smile:

I can wear a medium shirt and last year I was in a L-XL. I also can run for 5 minutes on the treadmill which I did not try until this past month because I was scared of losing my balance and falling. @healthyanav I have plateaued also and tried HIIT and it seemed to really help! I just started and I am enjoying it and changing up my workouts. I guess my body was getting used to my routine. :)

Girl you look great! You're doing awesome! I have always had a big butt but have been doing cable pull through and also stair climber and it has made my butt sit higher and become a little more firmer! Your's is a complete transformation though! <3

WOW! Thanks for the encourgement. I have days where I feel good and days where I can't look at another woman without finding something to get jealous about. I started MFP in order to help myself get to a place where I can say "eff you all"! Hopefully I get there soon. I'm tired of being so insecure.

I think there is just more preasure now days for females to look a certain way and I just feel bad because I can't meet the standards that I am seeing and it makes my goals seem so far out of reach and useless.

YESSS! I also only focus on my stomach! I only look at what I find wrong with myself and not focusing on my progress or being proud of it.
