I struggle with breakfast. I am trying to have eggs twice a week, goat cheese or sheep feta with whole wheat bread, and fruits for the other days. Not easy at all

With all the good advices you received here about food, also try to change your workout routine. Introduce a new exercice, aerobic or any cardio training you might like. Maybe your body got used to your routine and doesn't respond as much as it did at the beginning. Best of luck

Love: plank (side plank too), steps ups (min 50 cm support), russian twists, scissors, side lunges, kick boxing, treadmill, jumping jacks... Do not hate much of exercices but avoid a lot of them depending of the shape I am looking for. I have quite large shoulders and I gain muscles easily on this part of my body 🤨

As weird as it can sounds, to the rude and unfaithful people I met in my early life, for making me growing stronger. They had something to do with the self confident person I became, being at ease to stop anyone crossing the line. Sometimes when we fall we stand up stronger.

Hi. Have the same problem with headaches. I did quit sodas for few years now and deleted added sugar from my diet. I drink 3 mugs a day of black instant coffee (eg Americano coffee, gold coffee..) without sugar. No headaches and no extra fat in my body. I do not recommend low fat or sugar free sodas.
