Just started so would love some more friends for motivation! So far this app is working great...

Out with old and in with the new. Went to buy 40lb and 45lb but cost the same as getting the Bowflex. Also wanted a bench with incline and decline.

Was 164 now down to 150 and looking to hold. I am now trying to tone up. New to this so will see how it goes.

I will join this challenge, I drink almost every day so need to cut back. Love my wine, Jack and Vodka....

Well I pulled the trigger and became a member. 45 in pretty good shape but looking to bulk up some. Looking forward to the journey.

New here, Over the past 5 weeks or so I have lost about 12-15 pounds and now just trying to lose that stubborn belly and try to get the abs to show through. Any good eating tricks for that? Thanks
