I took one but I wish I went out of my way to take a better one, really didn’t like taking pics back then.

The ones on reddit (r/fitness, r/loseit, r/1200isplenty, etc) are pretty good for weight loss! The forums on here aren’t as active, but adding a lot of friends keeps your wall buzzing!

I have about 15-19 left here and still losing ~1.5lb a week. You really want to make sure you’re counting your calories properly, and use a food scale to ensure it! Update your goals on MFP as well to ensure it gives you the most accurate calorie target too (for your current weight). Exercise really does help, and drink…

1 year left of college after this year and was a complete loner, getting health problems besides annoying acid reflux, grades dropping as a result of not trying, video game addiction. Quit the video games completely, upped my GPA (3 semesters of 3.5-4.0), lost 83 pounds since August 2018, made a lot of good friends and…

Free, I don’t need much more than it offers.

Calorie deficit to lose weight, MFP will keep you on track for that. Cardio is good for burning calories but weightlifting/strength training is very good for toning the body, and retaining muscle during weight loss, so definitely look into that (reddit r/xxfitness has good info on workout routines for women).

Hia 21 here in college, senior year for electrical engineering atm. Started losing last semester in August 2018 and now have about 21 lbs to go and then muscle building mode! Feel free to send me a friend request, I accept all!

Sent a friend request, I used to love video gaming! (Played a bit of CSGO, was a really really hardcore M+ playing WOW player back in Legion) Quit to focus on real life for now but in about 2-3 years I really want to come back to WOW!

Click on the name of a user in the thread, then click their name again in the popup, click the add friend symbol, it makes you put something in the subject of the friend request, and then hit send.

21 more pounds

A normal rate of loss is 1-2 lbs a week and going above generally isn’t recommended, 8 is perfectly fine. Low carb is pretty good for people with PCOS/other issues, but focus on calories as well, it determines weight loss.

21.4 pounds left here, ish (have lost 80ish total). Hoping to finish by Mid-May, sent ya a friend request! I accept all friend requests too, feel free to send me one!
-
I am also looking for more friends to share the journey with, feel free to send a friend request! I accept all! Have lost 80 lbs to date (18 since joining MFP), and looking to lose about 21 more before starting a fitness journey after!

Always looking for new friends, feel free to add me and we can support each other!

Am I doing myself injustice by not weighing the scoop, how much is the “scoop” off by, is it a lot? I use Six Stay Trip Choc whey, 180 a scoop. I have a pretty large deficit so the inaccuracy doesn’t bother me too much, but if it’s significant I’ll probably start weighing it, or do more cardio!

Always looking for MFP friends, trying to shed the last 23 pounds feel free to add me I accept all!

Started August 2018, have lost 81 pounds since (18.6 since joining MFP)! Just 23 more to go and then I can start bulking 😭. (Or after May 6, if I’m satisfied with results).

Don’t have video but will definitely practice with holding a dumbbell in front of me to help balance (and work my way to not using one at all), I think it’s just the form I need to get down and some work on hip/ankle mobility. I can get close but I can’t go all the way to parallel and hold while being balanced even with no…

Good on you for trying to improve and good luck!

You could really do with some weight gain..... look into weightlifting routines, www.reddit.com/r/fitness wiki in the About section has an entire list. Pick one of those and stick to it. Set your MFP to gain weight and eat a good amount of protein.
-
Most sources suck at estimating calories burned, while MFP wants you to eat back exercise calories, keep in mind that the estimates may be off, and don’t eat back too many exercise calories just keep it to a reasonable amount (I don’t eat them back at all). I see a lot of people lose no weight because their exercise…

r/1200isplenty ? Most of the people are dieting on there to lose weight, and some don’t eat 1200 calories (I forum there and eat 1500). It’s a really nice reddit for meal recipe ideas, but every person will vary on their caloric needs based on what their stats and goals are. You should follow the guide for maintenance MFP…
