Beer. I love beer and its so hard just to have one especially when I'm out w/ a friend. I've gotten better to try to sub water for what normally would be another beer.

I lost 10lbs (5'3" started @ 145 lbs) in about 2 months so don't think its impossible. I ate ~1500 calories a day. I based it off calorie counting for a bit w/o dieting to see what my maintenance weight was than subtracted 500 to create a deficit. So I try to eat immediately after a workout..then another snack in like 30min - 1 hr then I carry on w/ a normal day of eating. Eating higher protein items helps me except protein smoothies. I find if I have food in liquid form it doesn't make me feel any fuller...something about not chewing makes my brain think I am not…

You may want to talk w/ a doctor. There might be a health condition involved assuming you are accurate in your calorie counting. There could obviously be plenty of reasons why this is normal but might not hurt to ask...

If your having trouble w/ your current weight loss strategy, I dont think going more aggressive will work out in your favor. If you clean up your eating one day at a time along w/ excercise, the weight will come off. Side note... Most people get there wedding dress ordered pretty early. Getting it reduced for a 50 lb loss…

I budget $650/month for groceries and $400/month for takeout/bar tabs/whatever else we buy. Just two people. This is after I did a serious look at budgeting. We were spending a significant amount more before I decided to start cooking at home. Cooking at home instead of take out is a huge money and calorie saver.

when Im full I can get like that. When I get hungry...well everything sounds good haha I'll admit..I just get tired of meal planning. Sometimes a girl needs a break and will just order some sushi for the night.

If I use turkey, I go for the ground breast. Its less calories and normally I am using ground turkey to make burgers or a sausage so I can compensate w/ spices and add something for moisture (like I make siracha turkey burgers and soy sauce is added).
