I have 40lbs left, and I've slowed down to 1- 1.5 lbs per week.

Looks good, I'd eat the eggs, bread and vegetables. However I'd swap the mushrooms for zucchini or spinach but it's a personal preference, has nothing to do with nutrition

Damon light and fit Greek yogurt, mini kind bars, 1/4 cup berries with 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, boiled egg, 1 cup fresh fruit

Decaf, sugar free caramel, sugar free blueberry, or sugar free coconut latte with almond milk from DD.

I like the black beans pasta and edemame pasta from Aldi, also Barilla has an inexpensive red lentil pasta that is good. They are all also gluten free if you need it.
-
I make tacos, but I use lettuce as a shell, instead of tortillas or had shells. I also use zucchini noodles sometimes in place of pasta, and I have used thick slices of grilled eggplant in place of a bun or bread.

I eat nature's own sometimes, but its usually the whole wheat, not whole grains. However I don't think one is any better than the other nutrition wise, it's a taste thing for me.

One craving I get sometimes is chocolate, I find that eating 1/8 cup of semisweet chocolate chips seems to help, and has a lot less calories than candy bars

Centrum " complete " chewable vitamins. Can find them anywhere, has everything you need.

40 years old here, still trying to get used to being a stay at home mom after being in the work force for 25 years. I'm glad that there is a group to get support from, that has some of the same issues, and opinions as I do. I've always struggled with weight, especially after having my daughter 5 years ago.

I would love to join, I'm 267 lbs. 6 years ago I weighed 200, but a few things came about 1) i had a baby 2) I'm now handicapped and wear a brace on my leg 3) I have to iron infusions 4) bad thyroid. Having a group that understands what's it's like will help a lot, and give more support

Protein shakes will help. They give the protein, plus other nutrients that you need. This good if you're not eating a lot of calories, but are not hungry enough for another meal.

All foods are considered good in order to have a well balanced diet. However if you would like an option with more fiber, try whole wheat pasta or gluten free, you can get pasta made from lentil or chickpea flour
-
Off The Eaten Path, sold at Walmart and Target. They are also gluten free and have more protein than most chips.

Baby spinach, avocado, ground turkey, whol wheat tortilla, all very versatile

Let me clarify that I consider my cheat day a day that allow myself to have something such as pizza or chips, or a dessert. I don't go over 2000 calories for the day, and I usually stay 1200 and 1500 the rest of the week

I eat them a couple times a week, 1/4 of an avocado is considered a serving, so if you are eating the whole thing at once, you can cut it down. Also avocados have good fats in them, so are good to eat, and are a great alternative to things such as mayo because its gives you the creaminess but without the bad fat or calories
-
Cost wise I prefer peanut butter, try Simply Jif, it has less sugar than most peanut butters, and is gluten free
-
I've struggled with this for years, and it seems that the only place to find it was Lane Bryant, which can get costly. However there were a few times I saw Jean's at Target that sold a pant size ( i.e. 12,16 ect), but also had an inseam length with it.

Ground turkey with taco seasoning , stuffed in romaine lettuce with black beans, salsa, fat free sour cream, taste delicious, could also add a little instant rice if you like. Quick, easy, low calorie, high protein

When I had digestive surgery the best way for me to get my daily nutrition and calories without being able to really eat, was premier protein shakes. They sell it at Sam's and Walmart, and they have about 10 flavors all of which are delicious.

I had an electric one from bed bath and beyond, that came with 5 different blades. My family and I loved it, my kids liked to help use it, but the gears broke on it after less than a year. I would give the 3 1/2 stars. Easy and fun to use not expensive, but the parts are small and break easily.

I've done things like hiding vegetables in meals without my family knowing. Grating carrots or zucchini into something, using cauliflower rice instead of regular but not telling them, and using using yellow lentil noodles or zucchini noodles.

I think the local mom and pop pizzerias are better, the ingredients are fresh made. Pizza hut has a lot of frozen pre- made ingredients, including the dough. That means there's a lot of added preservatives and other things we may not be aware of. They also put a lot of oil in the the pans underneath the dough at pizza…
