Hi, I've been doing some research and looking at my diet and found I'm missing some essential vitamins and minerals. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place to get some multivitamin tablets.
Thanks

Centrum " complete " chewable vitamins. Can find them anywhere, has everything you need.

I take vitamin B complex and Omega 3 fish oil capsules. The vit B is so good for energy levels and mental health and the fish oil is good for the heart.

Realize that if you're relying on MFP for micronutrient totals, that many labels don't include the relevant information, so the database won't include it either (potassium and iron tend to be good examples). Furthermore, since the database is crowd-sourced, sometime people don't even enter information when it is on the label.

Before deciding on a supplement, you might want to spot-check a typical day or two using a more authoritative and complete source, like the USDA database. Some micronutrients can be overdosed pretty easily even from food sources (selenium springs to mind), and some supplement forms of micronutrients are more an overdose risk than the forms of that micro in food (vitamin A is an example).
