Yep happens to me almost every single time. I have never gotten those little losses every day or so that a lot of people get. I lose nothing, then 2-3 lbs, then nothing, then a couple more lbs. Every couple weeks, so it still averages out to 1-2 lbs a week lost.

Yep I eat them constantly. And like everyone else, just beat the bag with something lol. They come to me in one frozen block, but usually once I break them up, they seem to be ok after that.

I couldn't care less what other people choose to wear, if they like it and are comfortable. Doesn't affect my life or what I personally like wearing.

Coffee with unsweetened almond milk? It won't have any fake sugars in it since it's not supposed to be sweetened. It's at least a little better than black coffee, though I'm with you on that one. Thanks that's probably what I'm going to do. I think it put me around 1,600 or close to it, so that seems a bit more manageable.

I'm glad this was posted. Sometimes it's hard to avoid all the "you must do low carb for this/that reason" news. I have to keep reminding myself to ignore the carbs completely and just focus on calories (and protein).

Ok thanks everyone. It was just a bit of a shock already seeing 1,200 calories lol. I might go back up to 1 or 1.5 instead, as this feels more comfortable to me right now. Appreciate it!

Yes. I work from home on the computer all day. Aside from taking my dogs out and my daily workout, I am basically sitting and working all day.
