  • Well trying to get blood sugar down and lose weight.trying to take it easy with stuff with sugar in it .need to exercise more .I got a step counter ..trying to do over a 1000 steps a day.and cut down on food intake.only eat when I'm hungry.

  • Alot of great comments here I finally made it to 260.first time in years.30 to go.i only eat when I get hungry .I do a 20 minute video everyday.and do around 2000 steps a day.as far as food.im trying to est slot of vit c and d I read they help your immune which we all need right now.i heard sunshine kills the coronavirus.

  • Well they are anti virus foods.it should help your body resist Corona. I felt a little weird last week.after eating nuts honey apples for a week I feel better.right now it's all we got right now.

  • Well I'm trying to eat alot of antivirus foods such as peanuts honey nuts.maybe it will help stop this virus.we are waiting for a vaccine but until then this is something we can do

  • Well I'm now just working on my weight .I switched from a jimmy dean sandwich to a bagel which is a 100 calories less .I noticed I got hungry at 11 instead of 12. And I lost a few pounds.maybe I was eating to much for breakfast

  • Blood sugar at 130 today.blood pressure at 130 over 85.now working on weight.trying to get to 230.at 265 now.cutting dessert and some bread.

  • By skipping orange juice and fruit juice my sugar count went from 200 to 130.now I'm working on my blood pressure.i lost some weight and my blood pressure is 142 over 90 down from 180 over 120.So now I'm trying to only eat when I get hungry and trying to eat more veggies.

  • Yeah.i wish they had doctors that will use anything to get you will.it seems the medical community is being run by the drug companies. My blood has gone down from 200 to 145 to 142.today no juices just water.125.it's really dramatic.

  • As far as my weight is concerned it varies during the day.it starts at 74 at breakfast to 70 two hours later.to 68 before dinner.then it depends on how much i eat for dinner .usually it takes about 4 to 5 hours to digest a meal.my goal is to reach 230.i suppose 2 to 3 pounds a week is realistic.
  • I tried taking my blood pressure and blood sugar readings in the morning.with completly different readings then at nighttime.blood pressure went from 160 over 110 to 137 over 95.my blood sugar went from 237 to 151.i think its the eight hours of digestion when you sleep.
