I am FAR from an expert, but I believe that that big initial results are very common for most of us. It was for me. As I understand it, when we first go on Keto the body will shed a lot of water it's been retaining, and that can only last so long. Hopefully some of our more knowledgeable folks can pitch in their feedback…

Before - (and even up to just a couple of months ago) I barely took 1,500 steps most days due to sedentary life and work life. Now - I'm up to walking 1.75 miles and working towards that being 2 miles in the next couple of weeks. Never imagined that would happen again.

I am not dairy-free, however I don't eat a lot of dairy overall now that I am on Keto. I never heard of Nutpods before and just did a search on them. I do use heavy cream in my coffee, and am considering trying it out. It would reduce some calories for me and if it's a good taste I'm fine with stopping the heavy cream.…

I don't disagree with that, however folks in this group are more supportive and less interested in knowing your overall life opinions before deciding to assist or attack. :) Not so on Facebook.

@solska - these are the only ones I've found so far on MFP. I'm not interested in hearing folks rail against Keto, particularly while munching on a Big Mac, Super Sized Fries, and Super Sized soft drink. Thanks for the reply. :)

I eat Mission Low Carb Tortillas, mostly the wheat ones. They have 2g net carbs. I don't have them every day, but probably several times a week. I love this in soup, too! Also, I have used it with home made pasta sauce and other ways as well. I buy it on Amazon in the four pack 'box', and it's less expensive. It doesn't have the pretty packaging so that cuts down on the cost. Super glad I found this stuff!

Hi, psuLemon - I have seen some of your posts on the low carb board. Thanks. I am getting better at finding recipes now, although still wish that it were easier to find them within the groups and even on MFP in general. There seem to be lots of good recipes for premium members, but it's not the easiest thing to search. :)
