Well done how long you been doing it? I’m half stone down in 3 weeks that was my initial goal but doing another half stone now. 1700 cals a day but I’m often under.. still have a beer too..I can’t believe how calorie laden some foods are like spagetti.. doesn’t even taste of much..tried cous cous tonight much lower calorie…

My pint can of Stella 227 calories and home made curry dinner after 2.5 hour commute and hope not over my daily calorie limit!

I started 17th may 14 to lose and see how I look/feel. Lost 2.75 in 10 days and been ok and difficult to eat full calories. Weighed myself today and stayed same..gutted..I’ve been over fat goal some days do you think that’s mega important? Good luck on your journey. I’ve reduced my calories to 1720 from 1990.Do you think…

Hi I only use my exercise calories when I go just over my limit.

You’ve done really well..good on you! I think the advantage with calorie counting is that you can still ear a balanced diet and have some treats..I still like those!
