Good idea. MOST of the time I don’t eat back my exercise calories unless for some reason it causes me to net less than 1200 which almost never happens so it’s not the biggest deal. I just like to know things lol

Thanks for advice. I also try not to eat back exercise calories. Unless I for some reason net less than 1200 afterwards which RARELY happens. So it’s not like it makes a huge difference it’s really just about me being obsessive & wanting to know everything lol

I do for most things but not all. For example my job provides us lunch every day so I don’t weigh that I just guess in volume to the best of my knowledge.

I think so. I’ve gotten a new job in the last month and a half where I have to wake up early and going to sleep earlier prevents me from snacking at night and I think I’ve been losing weight faster

On a perfect day, no. But every day isn’t perfect. That being said I eat WAY more than enough calories for my body to sustain with or with out moderate exercise

I guess what I’m asking here if lowering my carbs, but not to the point of ketosis or even a low carb diet, would have any effect on my body or hunger or how fast I can lose weight!

I make a lot of smoothies. Maybe you could prepackage some baggies with ingredients for smoothies then just add milk or yogurt or ice if you have access to a blender

I did buy my first half gallon of almond milk. I actually think it tastes amazing and could even drink it plain which is so weird since I think cows milk is disgusting lol. I actually hate the taste of regular milk. I only use it for recipes that require it, smoothies, or chocolate milk. So I would use almond milk for the same things
