I go about once every week or two & I noticed that my serving sizes are always the same for the most part. I get a bowl with chicken or steak, lettuce, brown rice, light pinto beans, corn salsa, & cheese. I wanna say it ranges from 630-670??? Depending which meat. I too had this issue. It seemed like nothing filled me up but fast food. What helped was making my own fast food at home. Sure it’s not healthy but it’s definitely healthier than fast food, and it’ll get you motivated to make more food on your own including healthy recipes

Ok cool I was mostly just wondering if there was a certain form or anything I should keep an eye out for to make sure Im getting the most out of it. For example if I'm not watching myself on the elliptical then before I know it I'll just be going with the momentum of the machine and not actually be doing any work.

My point to my original comment is that I don’t exercise to be able to eat more, or create more of a deficit. I exercise to strengthen my heart & muscles. I don’t eat them back unless the exercise causes a deficit of 1200 or less, OR im really craving something & thanks to exercise I have the extra calories. But ideally, I don’t eat them back. I don’t understand it either. And it’s likely that my fitness pal thinks we’re burning more than we are so they could be sabotaging…

I know many many years ago when I used the Nike+running app they had a feature for this. They may still. However you would have to run the app any time while wearing the shoes, not just running.
