Looks like I may be returning to the office in September for one week each month. I have the summer to get back into my clothes so this is new motivation for me. My clothes fit, thankfully, due to this challenge keeping me in check but they were not comfy before. My goal is to make my current wardrobe comfy again by theβ¦

I can't find my post from yesterday. If it didn't post, my CW is 179.4. I will spare you the whining :)

JMTIV1979 SAT Week 2 PW 177.6 CW 178.4 I forgot to jump on the scale at my regular time (usually before eat/drink) so this week is going to be off.

Thank you!!!! I was able to find it yesterday. I have always wanted to try paddleboarding BUT I have a legit anxiety attack when I get in water over my head and there is wildlife (snorkeling in Aruba did not end well) . If I could try it in a pool, I would be thrilled. I think Jaws traumatized me. π¦

I couldn't find the June pages either. Maybe the page just hasn't been created yet.

Old lady shoes for the win!!! I have really bad plantar fasciitis and since I have been home wearing sneakers and Oofos everyday it's pretty much gone. My normal dress code is sneakers, yoga capris and a work shirt. I put makeup on and dry my hair (sometimes curl the front only LOL). It's my version of the "work mullet."

Second COVID vax day for me today! ππI felt only a minor sore spot on my arm and no other side effects last time so hoping for the same. I am going to wait and take my kickboxing class tonight so hopefully it will help with arm soreness. Looking forward to some things getting back to normal but not all.... I don't want toβ¦

I am working on cutting sugar also. I was exhausted this week. I don't know if it is stress from work, home life with 2 pre-teens and husband, PMS or sugar... maybe a combo. What I found interesting is that there arw a lot of foods I like that I thought had a lot of sugar and don't - like tortilla chips. Wth?!?

Have fun in Boston! It's such a great city. I have lived in MA my entire life. If the Duck Boats are running that is a fun thing to do. Also, at Genway, I think you HAVE to get a sausage/hot dog from a street vendor. I think everything is opening up on the 29th.

Happy mother's day! I am hoping to get my family out to do something active today! A hike up a local mountain is my choice. I really want to go but the complaining my fam does is exhausting and can ruin the day. Wish me luck π

One of my goals this month is to take more time to be active on this thread! I have a recurring note on my "to-do list" now. Happy May!

JMTIV1979 Sat week 4 PW 176.6 CW 181.2 I am using a new scale and boy oh boy.... my other one is way off, PMS plus this is probably still some donut damage. Yikes!!! It really is amazing how slow it comes off and how quickly it comes back.

JMTIV1979 Sat PW: 176.6 CW: 176.6 On vacation and I don't have a scale. We are getting home tonight so I will assess the damage tomorrow morning. We definitely enjoyed some southern treats this week (like hush puppies, mexican food, a giant bucket of rum punch and Duck Donuts!). Looking forward to getting back on track,β¦

JMTIV1979 Week 4 PW: 176.6 CW: 177.2 This is the point in my weight loss that I always stall. I end up getting frustrated and giving up. I need to pull through, stay on track and maybe make some modifications.
