https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/seborrheic-dermatitis/symptoms-causes/syc-20352710 It causes dandruff, oily scalp, red patches, itching. Some people just get the oily scalp with itching, others get the dandruff and scales. You could try using an anti-dandruff shampoo a few times and see if it makes a…

Breakfast - Evolve protein shake, avocado "toast" on english muffin Lunch - Tuna sandwich, crackers Dinner - Cheese tortellini with Rao's marinara and a breadstick. Probably have a side salad too. Snack - protein shake Kind of using the last of my food before I switch it up for next week.

Are you sure it's eczema and not seborrheic dermatitis? That might make a difference in how you treat it. I know seb derm flares up with sweat.

Simplifying it by ignoring most of the macros (except protein). I have found that the more I obsess over carbs, fat, and sugar, the more stressed out I get. Most of those numbers stay on the low side by keeping within my calories anyway, but I used to really get in my head about it. Then I would get too stressed out and…

I'm in! Level: 5 Starting weight: 223 Goal weight: 198 A bit aggressive maybe, but I would LOVE to be under 200 by the end of the challenge.

Yes me please!

Well you just switched contraceptives, so that's probably causing a hormone fluctuation. Is the dairy new to your diet? If you have always had dairy, I don't know why it would be that.
-
I think your current weight will determine your maintenance calories, but I doubt that's too high. I believe the last time I checked, mine were around 2,200-2,300 and I am 223 lbs.

Breakfast - Eggs, hashbrowns, english muffin Lunch - Chicken salad sandwich Dinner - Chicken rice bowl w/beans, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream Snacks - 1/2 banana, protein shake Still 250 cals left, but no appetite, so I might just fall short today.
-
I consume about 50% of them, sometimes more if I'm still hungry, less if I'm not. I don't force myself to eat if I'm not hungry, but I'm careful not to over restrict since I have a bad history of it. But I also don't completely trust my Fitbit, so I think about half is safe for me.

Breakfast - 2 blueberry waffles, strawberries, 1/2 banana, 2 eggs Lunch - Chicken salad sandwich Dinner - Chicken burrito bowl (chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, cheese, sour cream) Snack - Protein shake Still around 200 calories left for snacks.

Lunch. I used to have a protein bar or hardboiled eggs with fruit, but it just became an extra, unnecessary snack with calories. I switched my workout to before lunch, so that works out better. I just make sure my lunch has a good amount of protein.

I think a good indication is to consider your breast size before gaining weight. That is probably what they will go back to size wise. As far as sagging, I think at a smaller size, you should be ok.
-
Early Morning - Protein coffee Breakfast - Egg scramble w/cheese, ham, and shredded hashbrowns Lunch - Turkey sandwich w/avocado, crackers and laughing cow light cheese Dinner - Shrimp tacos Snack - Banana w/nut butter (I think macadamia nut butter)
-
No chances of it ever working.

Also same to your last sentiment. I was my thinnest in high school, when I (unintentionally) ate nothing but crap, but not very much of it. I was active and went to the gym almost every day, and if someone didn't know my diet, would assume I was super healthy. Even though that day I probably just ate Pop-Tarts and fast…

Other people looking at what you're eating. When you're overweight and eat what looks like a "diet" meal (like salad) people assume you're trying to lose weight. If you eat a cheeseburger, they judge you and assume that's how you got fat. IT'S ANNOYING. Just let me eat my fries and go away.

Everyone else has good advice as far as adjusting your goals. But for hunger pains, I have found personally that a banana is the most filling thing. For some reason, it instantly makes me feel satiated. If I'm low on calories, I will just have like 1/2 a small one at night, and feel totally fine. I think you just have to…
-
I like them. I drink them slowly - probably over 2 hours, but I don't get jittery with them like say a Red Bull of that size.
-
I definitely would. I remember seeing them eat their tiny meals from day 1, and WAY over exercise while being yelled at to keep going, even while several of them came close to (or did) faint from exhaustion. I would immediately go home and binge everything in sight. They didn't really pick up any healthy habits as far as I…

That's the type of thing that used to send me straight to McDonald's. Sorry for a bummer breakfast.
