Well done! There is a visible difference. I am restarting and trying to stick to 1h exercise daily (6-7 days a week) and healthy diet.

I need to lose 30-35 kg as well. I hope to lose 3-4 kg a month.

1 hr workout done today. I did at least ine hour a day all month. Yesterday 3 hrs walk in teh morning and one hr workout in teh evening.

Hi all. I was 242 lbs the heaviest after having my son. I lost and gained back a lot. I started again from 231 lbs about 2 months ago. I am now 211 and I want to get back to 132lbs in 1 yearโs time. My goal is to lose 8-10 lbs a month.๐

Exercise on evenings helps me to avoid night hunger and lose weight faster. . I lost 9 kg so far (6 kg in last 4 weeks). My goal now is to lose about 1 kg a week.
