Thank you so much everyone for all of your answers! I guess the general consensus is slow and steady. I'm going to rest for a few more days and then maybe try taking a walk around our complex and see how that goes. If that's too much, then I'll wait a couple more days and try again.

Couldn't agree more! I've recovered from binge eating disorder and know first hand how badly too much restriction can harm you physically and mentally. I'm currently losing weight because I've been diagnosed with NAFLD, but I 100% believe that going "off track" every now and then is a key part of a healthy lifestyle.

I like quick oats with a little bit of brown sugar and fruit, yogurt with fruit, or a protein smoothie with frozen berries, almond milk, protein powder and spinach.

Actually got a 40 minute walk in during my lunch as I was 10 minutes early today and decided to take an extra 10 minutes for my walk instead of leaving 10 minutes early today :)

Since I'm still in recovery from an eating disorder I'm getting back into fitness slowly. Today I danced for 15 minutes and tomorrow I will be going for a 30 minute wall on my lunch break.
