I had a rough few weeks. I'm still down 13 pounds but I've been in a hold. My goal for the remainder of the month is to get myself back on track 👍

So good! I'm having the week from hell but I'm trying! I've gone 2 days without eating not on purpose but that's just how I do sometimes and it really messed up my metabolism. Overall I'm keeping my head in the game. Congrats on your loss!! <3

agree! i use to dump salt on everything i ate, like quite liberally. Now all i add to season is pepper, no salt. I can hardly stand the taste after I stopped using it. canned veggies are the worst! blehh!

i was just shy of 1 pound loss this past week, BUT i didn't gain so WHEW!! lol hopefully next weeks results are better <3 i have lost a few inches though so i guess its still a win!

@Americanbabydoll me to, i try to make the healthier choices when i can. im actuakky having to eat more to lose weight because my normal intake was only 800-900 now im having to eat 1300 but 8 pounds down in 2 weeks, not too bad

:D im usually under my goal as well. i have a goal of 1300 a day but i am use to only eating once a day, its funny that by forcing myself to eat more and more frequently that i am now losing weight

i dont have one currently but i am looking into it, i use a steps meter on my phone which works rather well.

Thanks Ron I agree with you that it helps keep you accountable, even if i didn't make the best choices one of the most important things to do is log anyways it helps us grow and next time, or eventually make the better choices! (:

I was just questioning this as well. Its actually hard for me to keep water down, so I've been drinking equal parts of regular water and seltzer water.
