@jowo2000 - Wow, that is bloody amazing! I might have to repeat week 1 and 2 - week 3 looks too hard and my exhaustion test was only 8. My day is tomorrow so I will see how it goes then decide from there perhaps?

I HATE pushups...hahaha! MY upper body strength is just pitiful, so I'm working on improving that!
