I’d say yes and I’ll do this sometimes if I know I have an upcoming occasion where a few beers will be consumed. If your energy feels ok doing it then should be fine!

Welcome and good luck to you, sounds very inspirational. My only advice re nutrition is don’t get sucked in by fad diets and allow flexibility within your plan to enjoy life without feeling guilty! Consistency over time wins out!

I’d go about 200 above maintenance in the shape of good quality protein, maybe a little more on squat days!
