Leftover Calories?

Hi
If I have a few leftover calories each day can i SAVE them up for a a treat at the end of the week?
Anybody do this and still have success?

    I have done it for 18 months so far and it has had zero impact on my results. I lose as expected.

    I’d say yes and I’ll do this sometimes if I know I have an upcoming occasion where a few beers will be consumed. If your energy feels ok doing it then should be fine!

    Yes, you can. I usually end up with a hundred or so left over. I'm not going to force myself to eat them if I'm not hungry.
    But then later in the week, I can allow myself a treat and go a few hundred or more over on it without feeling guilty or like I'm stalling my progress.

    Yes many people look at weekly numbers and/or bank calories for more indulgent events later in the week. Your body doesn’t reset it’s calorie counter at midnight just because MFP does. Its about creating a sustained deficit over time that matters.
