It’s hard because if fitness wasn’t a thing, pasta would be top for me but if taking fitness into consideration, I’ve gotta say that couscous is incredibly versatile and works with so many things! Anyone agree or have other thoughts?
What is your favourite type and why? Convenience or just sheer caloric burn? Keen to hear some different types as mine is almost exclusively variations of running.
Hello, Mid 30s guy looking to continue leaning down and adding muscle. I guess I’m what you’d call a hard gainer so looking to add muscle but avoid adding fat and ideally reconfigure body to more muscle. Any tips welcome, thanks.
