The pull up bar that holds onto door frame (moved into a home that’s ADA friendly so bar does not fit in the doorway, it’s not long enough), 10 lbs & 3 lbs dumbbells, thick yoga mat, yoga strap (old tie), 60” exercise ball, & the corner of my kitchen cabinets (for dips).

I get highly upset when there is more than a football field in between cars & I am at a stop sign or light to turn right, but the person in front will not turn! Or what about the freeway entrance sign that says “X cars on green”, but someone stops & makes my wait even longer!

You can have 1 donut, you should just try to take a brisk 30-45 min walk before then end of the day, that will offset the extra calories from the treat/s
