Breaking that plateau

I started off weighing more than 207lbs. but, I cannot say for certain how big I got because at one point I was to embarrassed to step on my bathroom scale. But seven months in & I am down to 163lbs. The first plateau I hit was 180, & I hadn’t even officially started my conquest of weight loss. Every 5 pounds seems to be a new plateau for me to overcome. I do believe that with a few new supportive friends, those plateaus will not be as hard in the future.
