What exercise equipment do you have at home?

And what kit do you highly recommend?

Very few people come to the house (a combination of living out of the way, and the charms of my dog) so we've turned the sitting room into our gym.

We've currently got:
Bench and rack,
Free weights (standard and Olympic),
Treadmill,
Punchbag,
Yoga ball,

We're planning on getting more once we move, and have a garage to convert into a separate gym. I'd be interested to hear what other people rate.

    Nothing.

    We basically live in a tiny home (not quite, but close especially as a family of 3 humans and 2 big dogs) so we dont have space for it. My exercise is working around the homestead. Gardening, cutting and splitting firewood, hunting, hiking etc.

    A gravel road bike with swanky carbon hoops. I put several thousand miles a year on it.

    Edit to add: lots of shoes, a few backpacks, two climbing ropes, crampons, and an ice ax.

    The pull up bar that holds onto door frame (moved into a home that’s ADA friendly so bar does not fit in the doorway, it’s not long enough), 10 lbs & 3 lbs dumbbells, thick yoga mat, yoga strap (old tie), 60” exercise ball, & the corner of my kitchen cabinets (for dips).

    I recommend a dip bar , with the pull up bars on top.

    Nothing ... I do my equipment workout at the gym and at home I walk the dogs and also do zumba / just dance using youtube videos and also the PS4 :D

    I have some free weights (3-8 lbs), exercise bands, a few weighted balls, a yoga mat, an exercise ball. It’s taken a number of years to get all these (I feel like the only mom who gets workout gear for Mother’s day lol).

    I also have a "hip thruster" but it's not set up currently.
    In the future I would love a squat rack but not a huge priority for me since I don't really squat heavy or bench press

    I have a Bowflex Max Trainer M5. Thinking about adding a treadmill before winter so I can use that too during bad weather since I also walk daily.

    a recumbent exercise bike, kettle bells, and resistance bands. None of which see use in the summer. I know, my bad. lol

    Until the toyboy moved in, I had no idea about barbells. We now have standard, triceps, EZ and Olympic bars, Dumbbells, and plates going from tiny up to 20s.

    Love the triceps bar, but loathe the EZ (which just feels like it's peeling my palms).

    I don't have alot of stuff but I really use what I have! Trail running is the core of my workout life.

    Treadmill, dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bar, yoga mat, exercise ball, flat screen TV with DVD and thumb drive player, lots of workout DVDs, and many downloaded videos on my thumb drive. I don't have room for a squat rack and bench, so I go to the gym for lifting.

    Ya, my mom gets all the exercise she needs from working around the homestead, walking, and swimming. She was going to the gym twice per week, but cut it for the swimming season.

    I just have my trail running shoes and my mountain bike - but I leave my house to use them, so I'm not sure if that counts as home exercise equipment. Oh wait, I have a yoga mat, too. If I need any special equipment, that's what the gym is for. I find that a bunch of stuff laying around the house doesn't motivate me. It just collects dust. My home is my hang-out, my chilling place. When I leave it, I switch into busy mode, ready to accomplish things. So I usually need to physically leave my house to have the mindset to work out. B)

    I'm not very focused, tend to collect stuff, and I'm pretty old (63) so I've collected quite a lot doing various things over the years. No real reason to get rid of it unless I move house.

    I have a Concept 2 rowing machine, simple weight bench (flat/incline), dumbbells in sizes from 5-35 pounds, barbell and some plates, couple of kettlebells, hybrid bike, foam roller and other self-massage tools, large exercise ball, ab wheel (for rollouts), sliders, balance board, hula hoop, yoga mat, doorway pull-up bar, some weighted balls (for PT), various stretchy bands (partly for PT), and probably some other small stuff I'm forgetting.

    I don't have a rack for the heavy bag, so that's not usable right now; I don't use the swords and staffs any more even though they're still here, and I have 8 boats but don't strictly use those at home (and 2 of them live at the rowing club boathouse full time anyway).

    Mostly, I use the rowing shells at the boathouse, the rowing machine in Winter, the dumbbells (more often in my rowing off-season), the self-massage tools, occasionally my bike and some of the other stuff. I do yoga some, off and on, but usually just on the carpet rather than getting out the mat.

    I have a power rack with a bench, blast straps, trap bar, kettlebell, landmine, bands, dumbbells, prowler, sled and bands. I’d really like to invest in a dip attachment

    We have an old but really good treadmill and a new, not so good (squeaky) stationary bike. Assorted free weights, some bands and a kettlebell I was given that I never used. Yoga mat, yoga ball that we move out of our way constantly and I'm not sure what it's really doing here. Also have a neat band with a doodad that goes over a door so you can do pull down stuff.

    My two legs. I walk and do some aerobics and dancerize with YouTube. It works for me. I'm not into structure which means attending a group at a gym or fitness center -- I'm too uncoordinated for that! :/ Whatever works!

    Oh I forgot small things like skipping ropes and squishy balls from ab workout videos, DVDs, my Wii Fit lol. I actually use it all variously on days when I'm over the grind and want to break out of my routine. I run or go to the gym most days. If I want to work out in the morning there are some things I can't do because of noise and a late sleeper.
