  • Just make a plan and DO IT. Weigh once at start and wait a week. Follow though with the meal plans. Once you see the weight loss start you’ll be much more motivated. Set smaller goals. 10 lb at a time is more exciting than setting 80 lb.
  • Don’t forget if you go to the gym it’s harder to gauge your actual weight. As you will be gaining muscles. So if you work out hard. Visual weight loss assessment will be more beneficial than scales.
  • Not sure if you can eat peanut butter. But a really good kick start transition to starting dieting is to watch what you eat and how much. And in between two meals if you’re absolutely starving go grab a tbsp and scoop a chunk of peanut butter onto a spoon. And savour it😂 it works! I’m not much for smoothies with PB but…
