Started this whole pre planning thing july 1.... weighed in at 130.....

Finally got my kitchen grocery affairs in order yesterday. Decided to start my plan.... weigh in: 118 😮 🤔 but I haven’t even started my actual diet plan yet 😅

The past 5 weeks changes included:

- taking all flights of stairs for the train stations
- Cut out Starbucks fraps, sandwiches, lattes
- Stopped buying junk foods (if it ain’t a vegetable fruit dairy or meat I didn’t buy it 🥴😅)
- Increased my daily water from 1-2 cups to 2-3 TRENTA cups (Starbucks cups) of water
- I merged breakfast and lunch into a bigger brunch. Sometimes steak and potatoes, sometimes dozen wings and some noodles etc (basically I ate 1 less meal) snacks was always practically zero cal foods (I consider these as celery carrots cukes cherry tomatoes mushrooms spinach (yes I like it like popcorn straight from the bag) and dinner was always big bowl of fruit salad and an egg

Anyways. OFFICIALLY on the plan I had set out now. Should hit goal in 73 days😝or sooner (I don’t eat back calories) so my deficit is always much higher than the app will allow/recommend but I find this will keep me way more motivated than dragging it out to December 🙄
