I’m American, I really hate the stereotype that we all eat processed to-go food. Untrue. I was a 90s kid and my Mom packed all sorts of food for me including veggies. Can include some fruit, mustard and meat options. Last party I went to had an oyster bar.. low calorie. :) Just get plenty of ice…

🍂 It’s starting to feel like Autumn in NYC. Sat on the patio early AM. Tried pumpkin seed butter and I really love it! Matcha tea with cinnamon & a slice of Ezekial toast with pumpkin seed butter and some roast pumpkin seeds.

To combat bloat -I agree with a low FODMAP diet. Also, if you look at your diary.. are you eating a lot of foods that could cause gas build up? Bloat and water retention are 2 different things.. but sometimes I notice people using the term interchangeably.. so I recommend also looking at sodium intake. ☘️

Family Brunch today- Bluefish (broiled for crispy skin) with rosemary and sea salt. Red Russian kale, zucchini, bell pepper and squash sautéed with herbs and olive oil on the side.

@lynn_glenmont This sounds awesome! Must try! Reminds me of Aztec hot chocolate! My fav place is Maribelle in Soho. It’s hot chocolate with chili pepper. :) will try my coffee this way!
