What worked for me today was kicking butt at my workout but also adding belly dancing to make it extra fun! 😋 I have lost 10 pounds just logging eatting right and doing work outs that I enjoy. I recommend the FIT ON app. Lots of great workouts to choose from.

One pound per week. Ive lost about 8 pounds in less then 2 months. Ive never lost weight this easily. Not even close. Thats why Im shocked and confussed. I even tested my scale by weighing weights lol

I just prefer a traditional hour glass figure for my self. Not a violin body shape as some have called it. I even find it attractive on others. I dont care about being curvy and I dont feel inadequate. I love my body. However, I would love it more without hips dips and my dads nose 😋🤣

Someone offered 100 bucks for our 1 bag of toilet paper lol Took 3 stores to get it and it was the last bag. The panic buyers, school being closed for 3 weeks, and even some businesses are closeing are whats affecting my city most right now.

I tried splitting them this morning and made sure to injest it about 10 mins after eatting. My mistake was taking it at exactly the same time as I ate and I took a whole one. Seems to be working so far. :)

Kraft dinner crackers 😋 For those of you who dont know Kraft dinner is, its mac and cheese from a box and the crackers are made with the cheese powder used yo make the KD. It was soooooo good.

When I first started and was doing well, I had my mom or syster workout with me and it was more fun. Life got in the way and I have no one to workout with so Im feelinh unmotivated as well. Maybe you can get a work out buddy?
