Not meeting calorie goal
I have been trying to eat right focussing on protein. My calorie goal is set to 1200. Im eatting good portions and excercising as well. Vitamin Difficulty
Anyone else try taking vitamins but cant deal with nausau? Trying to be healthy because I dont get the anount of vitamins I should but its becoming expensive to try different brands. I took it with breakfast... still dont understand why I have such a hard time.

Whats one of your biggest pet peeves? Could be anything, not just fitness or health related. Strenth training with out a gym?
Is it possible to put on muscle without the gym? I know there are certain things you can do at home but are those enough? Im asking because I have anxiety about the gym. Bad experience.
