Homemade icecream using banana and any fruit you desire. Blend in like a nutribullet, then freeze. I also eat a lot raisins.

I went on birth control and it made a huge difference. I also have gone vegetarian and cut most dairy out of my diet, which has helped with minor breakouts.

So much instagram and pinterest used so far. I've been at it over a month as a vegetarian with some vegan meals. I recommend using those sites for ideas. Blogs are wonderful too.

I am type 2 and count carbs. No more than 60 carbs for main meals but I aim for less. 15 carbs for snacks. I eat 3-5 times a day due to a digestive disorder ... 40 carbs, 30 fat, 30 protein. 1,700 calories limit. I saw a dietician and specifically asked for what percentages for myself. I eat differently due to IBS and gastroparesis.
