Hi guys! I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis. I already have asthma so I'm determined to increase my fitness and improve my overall health! 😁

    I also have Asthma, Type 2 diabetes and Coeliac disease. gluten free products have added sugar for flavour, to replace gluten. Any G free recipes would be greatly appreciated.
