This sounds excellent! I'd like to join, but getting a late start. Definitely beginner level for me. Thanks for this. A strong core is a great goal and really need the motivation that accountability can provide.

Yes I came here to check it myself because mine say 0 and every day they are negative and red. Rather disconcerting when you're trying to stay within the guidelines. I have found questions about it dating back to 2011!

This is rather hilarious. I came here because my poly and mono unsaturated fats are in red every day. I discovered this was pointed out in 2011 and it's still confusing people. I had to double check as I thought these were GOOD fats, which they are. But hey, at least I discovered this helpful board.
