After reading 5 Rules for Better Planks from the MFP blog it was more difficult to complete my plank challenge for the day.

I totally agree @caloricus I was shaking trying to do the 40 seconds. And it looks like no more resting days because I didn't see this challenge until the 6th, therefore I have days to make up3 -

I am stopping planks for now. My shoulder/neck pain is getting worse and I think pushing myself to hit the next time on the Beginner Plank Challenge is too much. I will give myself rest until I see my pain management doctor next week, then make a decision if and when I will resume.3 -

@caloricus you can surely be happy with what you have accomplished even if you don't continue. I did 45 sec and I can't imagine how I will hold a plank for 2 min at the end. Perhaps I will split the 2 minutes if I get that far.
