    November 2- pulled muscle in chest, rest day...
    November 3- 60 seconds planks, 60 seconds mountain climbers/ upend down planks
    November 4- 60 second planks, 60 seconds rotating extensions, 60 seconds mountain climbers
    November 5- 60 second full arm plank
    November 6- 60 second full arm, 30 second elbow, 30 second leg lifts
    November 7- 2 minutes plank workout- part of Les Mills CX workout

    After reading 5 Rules for Better Planks from the MFP blog it was more difficult to complete my plank challenge for the day.

    Goal: Beginner Plank Challenge

    Nov.6 90sec(2x15)full,elbw,side

    Nov.8 80sec (1x20)full,elbw,side

    Also read "Are you holding planks too long?" and according to that length of time is not as important as form and strength which can diminish with longer planks.

    Nov 6: 3:30 as part of the HIIT workout
    Nov 7: none, sadly
    Nov 8: none, sadly
    Nov 9: 4:00, weird video, no timing, struggled. Had to take 2 small breakes

    This is what I'll be working towards this month. A tough one for me for sure!

    I am stopping planks for now. My shoulder/neck pain is getting worse and I think pushing myself to hit the next time on the Beginner Plank Challenge is too much. I will give myself rest until I see my pain management doctor next week, then make a decision if and when I will resume.

    @caloricus you can surely be happy with what you have accomplished even if you don't continue. I did 45 sec and I can't imagine how I will hold a plank for 2 min at the end. Perhaps I will split the 2 minutes if I get that far.
