I might go beyond my goal this month, that'll be something! 🏋️♀️
If I didn't have this cushion of fat (gained some dammed pounds back), I might even be able to see the results! Will keep at it until the layer of fat (pardon me, water weight) is gone! 💪

I am in for this challenge, though joining quite late, so my goal is a bit different. My goal is 5 minutes of mixed planks a day, so maybe 35 mins for the month total.
I have a sway back so I am hoping this challenge can help me work on fixing that and help remove some of the pain I suffer because of it.2 -
