I have not modified my nutrition goals from what was set by My Fitness Pal. If unsaturated fats are better for you than saturated fats, why are my goals for mono and polyunsaturated fats 0 and saturated fat goal is 22?

It's supposed to be N/A for not applicable because there's no lower limit on poly and monounsaturated fats. About 3 years ago MFP broke it and haven't fixed it.

No problem. I just happened to know where it is. Ignore the zero goals on the unsaturated fats. Eat as many of those as fit into the rest of your nutrition goals.

    Best of luck!

This is rather hilarious. I came here because my poly and mono unsaturated fats are in red every day. I discovered this was pointed out in 2011 and it's still confusing people. I had to double check as I thought these were GOOD fats, which they are. But hey, at least I discovered this helpful board.
